These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and ff66 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ff66 online casino and sports betting platform available at ff66.im (the "Platform").

Accounts that fail to complete verification within the timeframe specified by ff66 may be restricted or closed.

ff66 implements age verification checks at the point of registration and during the withdrawal process. Any winnings accumulated by a player later found to be underage at the time of play will not be paid out, and the account will be closed in accordance with this policy.

To access the full range of ff66 services — including deposits, withdrawals, casino games, sports betting, and promotional offers — you must register a player account on the ff66 platform. Registration is free of charge and available to eligible individuals as defined in Section 2 above.

Account Verification (KYC): ff66 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity and payment verification documents before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any other time ff66 deems necessary. Failure to cooperate with the KYC process within the required timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

Deposits:

• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ff66 account within 1 to 5 minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• ff66 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified ff66 account identity.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times are typically 5 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and up to 3 business days for bank transfers.
• ff66 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or large amounts.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only the cash component of your balance is eligible for withdrawal at any time.
• ff66 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal payments pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

ff66 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including the 200% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 on first deposit. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

Welcome Bonus:

• The 200% welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold do not qualify for the welcome bonus.
• The maximum bonus amount is ৳20,000, regardless of the deposit amount.
• The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus-linked balance.
• The welcome bonus must be wagered within 30 days of being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not directly withdrawable. Meeting the wagering requirement converts bonus funds into withdrawable cash.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sports betting wagers at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%. Game contribution rates are published in full on the promotions page.
• ff66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional loopholes, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies to clear bonus wagering requirements — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may lead to permanent account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ff66 platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months or more).
• Receipt of a court order or instruction from a competent regulatory authority directing ff66 to close the account.

Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, your access to the ff66 platform will be revoked. Any cash balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (subject to verification and the absence of any outstanding investigations) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Bonus funds held in a separate bonus balance at the time of closure are non-refundable and will be forfeited.

Inactive Account Policy: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200 or the remaining balance, whichever is lower. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Reactivating your account by logging in and placing a wager will stop any further inactivity fees from being charged.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and ff66 in respect of your use of the platform. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
